Have you ever stopped to ponder how many references there are to things we decide are good, lovely, desirable or cute that are all to do with sugar?
“Sugar and spice and all things nice, cute as a box of chocolates, sweet as honey” etc etc
Maybe you’re like me and just find those associations all too irresistible, especially at those tricky times of the day, or when you’re feeling a bit low and just want to reach for the biscuits or the chocolate!
But it’s no wonder we are obsessed with sugar! Our brains are constantly filled with images and associations of it meeting our needs and we want and crave it more and more.
Not only that, but a lot of manufactured foods have extra sugar added to them to make them super palatable, so you are likely to over-eat without even trying. These foods often aren't nutritious and just add to your fat reserves, without benefitting your body. So your weight goes up - which puts you at risk of heart disease, diabetes, tooth decay ...
Maybe you have also noticed how you 'roller coaster' with sugar. Too much of it upsets your body's built-in automatic blood sugar regulation mechanism and you swing between having too high blood sugar levels and too low blood sugar levels. You can feel panicky and anxious or wired after a sugar hit, or tired and sluggish when the effect wears off, setting off the craving again.
Of course, you know this as much as I do.....The big question is, how can you break out of this cycle, cut down your sugar intake, and lead a healthier, more emotionally stable life when it’s soooo hard to kick the habit?
Imagine the you where...
With RTT you can make this a reality...
RTTs ability to rewire the brain’s association and the emotional hold of sugar is super powerful and effective. First by finding your own root cause for your sugar addiction. Then by replacing old images and words with new, more positive and healthy ones WITHOUT all the diets and mustering up the will power....
Sounds too good to be true? Our brains are remarkable in their ability to reshape our thoughts, beliefs and the pictures and words we tell ourselves. And what’s to lose? A few pounds maybe for a truly sweeter looking future!
